Apps Not Showing Advertisements
In apps that do not show ads, Funnerware may collect data about your use of the app, such as session length, number of games finished, etc. We do not link this information to any other data from any source. We do not collect any information that identifies the user. We do not sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose any information we collect.

Apps Showing Advertisements
Some of our apps show advertisements obtained from ad providers. These ad providers and their affiliates may collect and use information that identifies you, including a unique identifier such as IDFA, and information about your use of the app, to provide targeted ads. They may also combine that data with information about you that they obtain from other sources.

On IOS versions that support App Tracking Transparency, Funnerware asks users for permission before allowing ad providers to collect or use any such information. Funnerware does not see or use the information collected or used by its ad providers.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
Funnerware treats all users subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act as if they had instructed Funnerware not to sell their personal information.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Funnerware treats all users subject to europe's General Data Protection Regulation as if they had declined to consent to the use of their personal information.
